From Paper to Digital
Some of the earliest OIRF newsletters, dating back to the 1980s, were printed and mailed (yes, by postal mail) to practitioners worldwide. These have now been recreated and added to the archive. Even in those early editions, the concept of an “information bridge linking practitioners” inspired both the newsletter’s title and its bridge-themed banners. Many of these early treasures can be found here or in the Treasures from the Vault section.

The Bridge Newsletter
In the early 2000s, “The Bridge” became a regular monthly publication, featuring articles by advisors and directors along with many contributions from the German and European journals precisely translated into English.

Praxis2Practice Today
Since OIRF’s closure in 2018, Carolyn has continued reviewing German and English-language journals, publishing a monthly blog/newsletter – many articles now also included here – featuring timely commentary and resources relevant to daily practice.

We hope this archive supports your knowledge and professional growth in Biological and Energy Medicine.

History of Light Therapy Light, color and crystals in 3,000 BC . . . The medical benefits of the light and energy of the sun, color and crystals were first recognized several thousands of years ago. Doctors and natural healers from almost every major culture around the world have used precious and semi-precious gemstones within their healing modalities. In Egypt, Greece, China, India, Persia they were highly valued in the medical field. The Mayans, Incas, Tibetans, North American Indians, Daoist Chinese and East Indian Ayurvedics are all recorded as [...]

  • Studies show that an infection with the pathogen Toxoplasma gondii can impair the working memory of the elderly (1). Every second German carries the pathogen in himself. Toxoplasmosis is known above all in connection with the health risks during pregnancy and for immunosuppressed persons. But how is the effect on the memory capacity of the elderly explained? The parasite only reproduces in the bowels of cats. The parasite eggs get into foreign organisms through the cat’s excrement, for example to birds or mice. To again come back into the [...]

Although this is an excellent resource for informational material on these topics, note that other assessment (point and medication testing) methods are considered more accurate and effective for determining toxicity and source than the device suggested by Ken Rohla (founder of that site). Note this is not a recommendation for this company by OIRF. A Point of Interest Article for [...]

We age because of a decline in the hormonal production by the endocrine glands in the body.   In medical school, doctors are taught that hormone imbalances and declines in hormone production occur as an inevitable consequence of aging. This isn’t so. Our hormones don’t decline because we age. Rather, we age because our hormones decline. Understanding this difference is very important.   The key endocrine glands in the body are the hypothalamus, pineal, pituitary, thyroid, thymus, pancreas, ovaries, testes, and adrenals.  All of these glands release hormones into your body’s [...]

  • When you came into the world, you cried, and everybody around you was glad. You lived in such a way that when you exit the world everybody cries and you alone smile. In great love and deep gratitude we say goodbye to Dr.med.univ. Ivan Engler, PhD A leader in physicians’ research for natural healing methods Assoc. Prof. in the Institute of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, P.J. Šafárik, University of Košice Who has gone from us in his 86th year on 30 January 2017 after a short very severe [...]

Enhanced Interrogation Technique for Parasites by a Theoretical Internist: “Pop” goes the Universe, Paradigm Shifting to Non-Empirical Science. Parasites are masters of deception. They are directly engaged in a deceptive, asymmetric biological and psychological warfare on mankind. Curing the “incurables” by using parasite medications after I was deployed in Bolivia as a US Army medical officer, has been the most rewarding experience in my medical career, both as a medical officer and an Internal Medicine doctor. My experiences turned into my book, Accidental Cure. However, the dramatic improvements I [...]

Practice Application Please follow this link to see the article on Electro-Smog by Dr. Manfred Doepp and Dr. Patricia Lüning-Klemm Dear Colleagues, The preceding recent article by Dr. Manfred Doepp updates and details current information regarding his ongoing research with Electro-Smog. Combined with ongoing research on chem trails, radiation and metal poisoning, dental foci and parasites our assessment and therapy protocols are changing and becoming more complex. With regard to assessment it becomes increasingly more important that we utilize point and medication testing methods to coordinate and focus the [...]

  • Waves and Fields Considerable 400-times Increases in Electro-smog Can Mankind Still Endure This? The Consequences can become Dramatic Already deeply concerned about the health of the population in 2002, with the so called Freiburg Appeal twelve practicing physicians from different fields appealed to the responsible people in the Health Service and in politics indicating a dramatic increase in severe and chronic illnesses. These illnesses especially include: Learning, concentration and behavioral disturbances in children (e.g. Hyperactivity) Blood pressure derailment [hypertensive crises] Heart [...]

  • Children and Youth The Measles Vaccination As We Experience the Subject in our Practice Since the fall [of 2014] measles illnesses appearing to spread in the area of Berlin once again thrust the vaccination topic into public prominence. For many years measles ran endemically with more or less a lot of illness cases. The media delivered newsworthy welcome headlines of the high illness rate in Berlin and a toddler’s death. Thus also in our “family practice” questions sprang up around the topic of regular “vaccinations”. [...]
