This book shares new information, innovative approaches, case studies and experience, and doctor-patient journeys to illustrate what you can do to get to the roots of your health challenges and empower your health. I wrote this book in a story-telling format, my favorite. Start by reading Chapters 1 and 2 on the journey and quest for health, and how to develop a battle plan for your life. Read Chapters 3 and 4 if you want to review the foundation concepts of my first book: Acupuncture Meridian Assessment (AMA) and Biological Terrain. Then, delve into topics of interest to you – and begin to envision writing your own story.
