Policy Statement Regarding
Med-Tronik and MORA Therapy
You will have read my personal letter regarding the closure of Occidental Institute with the very careful reference to “external but inalterable changes to our commercial distributorship contracts representing the loss of our major financial fund-raising ability”. Sadly, the outcome of those changes has now become irrevocable.
Because you are a supporter and friend of OIRF, I would like to make a clear statement to you regarding those events and changes. Over the past ten years, and since the registration of the MORA Super with Health Canada, it has become increasingly difficult to deal with the Med-Tronik Company as they have undergone three changes in ownership and multiple changes in management. The current owners are from China and have focused their interest almost exclusively on the MORA Super Plus in the Chinese market, and over the years have systematically discontinued, orphaned and stopped manufacture/service on almost all devices with the exception of the newer model of the MORA Super and the current digital model MORA Nova.
In spite of our continued efforts to promote, support and represent the Med-Tronik company – a company that we have represented for more than 40 years! – it has become increasingly difficult to maintain basic communications and business practice with them. After nearly four years of negotiations on a smaller diagnostic device manufactured by a separate device manufacturer, Med-Tronik negotiated separate contracts for themselves which eliminated OIRF from the promotional market in North America.
Even though we have been their exclusive representative for so many decades, their betrayal has become the much-maligned last straw that broke that poor proverbial camel’s back. They have finally broken our trust, and we can no longer participate or be connected with their “poor” business policy and decisions. For years there has been little to no support for North America from Med-Tronik and now I have stopped making excuses for them. All distributorship contracts have been terminated and we are seeking a fair settlement from them based on our 40-year partnership.
In true Med-Tronik “business-is-business” style, where honorable contracts are only used to control the distributors rather than protect both partners, Med-Tronik is dismissing all of our claims. So far they are refusing to reimburse OIRF for ten years of expenses to maintain registration of their MORA Super product with Health Canada, and are dismissing our legitimate claims for their multiple breaches of contract.
Thus, I want to be clear about where OIRF and I stand in regard to Med-Tronik and MORA – before I retire and leave all of this backstabbing and politics for other younger and probably stronger business people.
Classical MORA BioResonance Therapy is currently available in the MORA Super Plus (now probably only on the Chinese market) and the MORA Nova models from Med-Tronik. These models represent the classical, purely designed devices of Dr. Franz Morell and Mr. Erich Rasche. In my personal opinion they are the finest, the most effective and the best BioResonance devices available worldwide.
However, the business practice and policies of the Med-Tronik company have reached the point where communication is next to impossible and they simply cannot be trusted.
There are alternative BioResonance devices (based on the work of Morell and E. Rasche) available through one other company, the BioKat Systeme GmbH. These devices fully meet the same standards of effectiveness and quality. Their business practice and policies are more honest and more cooperative and thus their devices become a far better alternative to MORA.
Please see our “Supplier Contact Information” sheet for contact information for Med-Tronik and BioKat. BioKat is the only alternative BioResonance device that I can recommend.
